We'll Verify Your Benefits

Wondering if your insurance covers treatment?

We're out-of-network with most major insurance plans — which often means more flexibility and better care. We'll verify your benefits at no cost so you know exactly what's covered before you begin.
Levels of Care

Treatment Programs for Every Stage

Whether you need structured daily support or weekly check-ins, our programs are built around your real life — work, school, family, and the demands that come with them.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our most intensive outpatient option — structured daily therapy, group sessions, and medication oversight without overnight stays. Ideal as a step-down from inpatient or a step-up from traditional therapy.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Several sessions per week of therapy and skills work — structured enough to drive real progress, flexible enough to keep your job, school, or family routine intact. Available fully virtual.

Outpatient, MAT & Med Management

Ongoing one-on-one therapy, medication management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for those maintaining recovery or managing mental health conditions long-term.

From Our Clients

Stories of progress, not perfection

★★★★★
"I was skeptical that virtual care would actually work. Six months in, I'm in the best shape mentally I've been in years. My therapist actually knows me — it doesn't feel like a Zoom call, it feels like real treatment."
— Adult Client, Sacramento, CA
★★★★★
"Our daughter wouldn't go to school and we'd tried everything. The adolescent team here pulled us in as parents instead of leaving us in the dark. That made the difference for our whole family."
— Parent of Teen Client, Bay Area, CA
★★★★★
"They were the first program to actually treat my depression and my drinking together. Nobody had ever connected them before. That's been a game-changer."
— Adult Client, Los Angeles, CA
FAQs

It's normal to have questions

A few of the ones we hear most. If you have others, call us or send a message — we're easy to talk to.
How do I know if I need treatment instead of just therapy?
If weekly therapy isn't moving the needle, or if a mental health condition is affecting work, school, relationships, or daily functioning, a structured program like PHP or IOP can deliver real change faster. We'll do a free assessment and tell you honestly what we recommend.
What's the difference between PHP, IOP, and outpatient?
PHP is the most structured — daily clinical hours, no overnight stay. IOP is several sessions per week, designed to fit around work or school. Outpatient is weekly one-on-ones and medication management. Most clients step down through these as they progress.
Can I really do this fully virtually if I live outside Stockton?
Yes. Our telehealth programs are available to anyone in California with a private space and an internet connection. The clinical model is the same — group sessions, individual therapy, medication management — just delivered remotely.
You're out-of-network — what does that mean for me?
Most PPO plans reimburse for out-of-network mental health care. We'll verify your specific benefits at no cost and walk you through exactly what your plan covers and what (if any) out-of-pocket cost to expect — before you commit to anything.
How do you treat mental health and substance use at the same time?
We treat the mental health condition as primary while addressing the substance use that often comes with it — in the same care plan, with the same clinical team. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is integrated for clients who benefit from it.
