How do I know if I need treatment instead of just therapy?
If weekly therapy isn't moving the needle, or if a mental health condition is affecting work, school, relationships, or daily functioning, a structured program like PHP or IOP can deliver real change faster. We'll do a free assessment and tell you honestly what we recommend.
What's the difference between PHP, IOP, and outpatient?
PHP is the most structured — daily clinical hours, no overnight stay. IOP is several sessions per week, designed to fit around work or school. Outpatient is weekly one-on-ones and medication management. Most clients step down through these as they progress.
Can I really do this fully virtually if I live outside Stockton?
Yes. Our telehealth programs are available to anyone in California with a private space and an internet connection. The clinical model is the same — group sessions, individual therapy, medication management — just delivered remotely.
You're out-of-network — what does that mean for me?
Most PPO plans reimburse for out-of-network mental health care. We'll verify your specific benefits at no cost and walk you through exactly what your plan covers and what (if any) out-of-pocket cost to expect — before you commit to anything.
How do you treat mental health and substance use at the same time?
We treat the mental health condition as primary while addressing the substance use that often comes with it — in the same care plan, with the same clinical team. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is integrated for clients who benefit from it.
